Staying with us? Find out more about our terms and conditions below. We endeavour to treat our guests kindly and fairly so please do get in touch immediately if your plans change to give us the best chance to make the desired changes. We help you if you can help us.

 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges as follows:
- For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, at least 72 hours are required to cancel or amend any bookings without penalty, counted from the check-in time of 3pm on the day of arrival. If canceled or amended within 72 hours of the check-in time, a one night penalty per room will apply. 

Furthermore, if a group booking is canceled within 48 hours of the check-in time of 3pm on the day of arrival, a full penalty of the whole stay will apply. 

- For individual bookings, at least 48 hours are required to cancel any bookings without penalty, counted from the check-in time of 3pm on the day of arrival. If canceled within 48 hours of the check-in time, a one night penalty per room will apply.  

If you anticipate a late arrival (after 8:00pm), please telephone The Harrison to advise the Reception team on +44 289 4600 123.

Terms and Conditions

The cost of your room will be debited from your card at the time of booking, this is refundable subject to the above cancellation criteria.

All damages and breakages must be reported promptly and paid for.
Any items missing will be charged for.
All our rooms are strictly no-smoking, no exceptions will be made. Additional cleaning charges to detox a room will be applied of at least £200.00. 

Please note, we do not accept Stag or Hen Parties. If your reservation is for a Stag or Hen party please contact Reception to make new arrangements.
