Staying with us? Find out more about our terms and conditions below. We endeavour to treat our guests kindly and fairly so please do get in touch immediately your plans change to give us the best chance to make the desired changes. We help you if you can help us.

 The cost of your room will be debited from your card at the time of booking, this is refundable up to the one week prior to your arrival.

Cancellation charges as follows:

  • Less than 48 hours notice your 1st nights stay is charged. This is defined as being before 3 pm (the check in time) 2 days before you are due to arrive.

  • A full refund is offered if you give 48 hours notice in writing. The cancellation must be confirmed in writing and not by telephone call as evidence just in case of any disputes.

  • There will be no changes or refunds possible on prepaid special offers unless agreed with Melanie in writing.

  • If paying with voucher the same terms apply. The voucher will be used as payment for the room

If you anticipate a late arrival (after 10:00pm) please telephone The Harrison to advise (02894600123).

All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for.

Any items missing will be charged for. All our rooms are no smoking. Additional cleaning to rid a room of the smell of smoke will be charged to your card £200 charge.

Hen and stag parties will not be accepted unless taking the entire premises and subject to a separate exclusitivity contract between both parties. Unannounced hens or stags will be turned away at check in and no refunds given.
